Join us at NovaNow to learn more about PBL and develop your own project!
Have you already visited Kent Innovation High (KIH)? Do you have some background knowledge about project-based learning (PBL)? Want to get started creating your own projects? Then NovaNow is for you! On Thursday, May 3, KIH is welcoming up to 20 educators to participate in NovaNow, which is an opportunity open to all educators.
What is NovaNow?
NovaNow is a workshop focused on helping educators understand and implement PBL. All educators are encouraged to attend, regardless of their experience with PBL. Through a differentiated learning experience, KIH facilitators will guide participants through:
- Developing a stronger understanding of PBL
- Applying the PBL process to their classrooms
- Working towards a culminating product with the help of a KIH facilitator
- Collaborating with teachers from other districts
